We stand by our products and do not aim to deliver a substandard product that is not as described on our website.

Our wood is delivered dry and we have it sheeted on our delivery vehicle when its raining to keep the product perfectly dry on delivery.

If it is raining and you do not intend to be in at the time of delivery please leave us a sheet out to cover your logs when we deliver.

The specification of the majority of our logs are as follows; approximately 9inches long by up to 5 inches on any one side. Some may be longer, shorter or wider but not typically.

You have up to 12 hours after your delivery to make contact if you have any concerns.
